Dear Homeowner: Due to the tremendous response and thousands of solutions from our Save the Dream Event in West Palm Beach, NACA is returning to South Florida. We will be at the Miami Beach Convention Center from Thursday April 15th through Monday April 19th. We start at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday and end at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. We are not stopping during the five days. That means 24 hours a day or over 100 straight hours. We expect many thousands of homeowners with an unaffordable mortgage to attend this five day event. This is a Save-a-Thon. NACA’s historic Save the Dream Tour has been an incredible success with over 375,000 participants in fifteen cities and many thousands of homeowners receiving same day solutions. Most people have had their mortgages payments permanently reduced by over $500 and many by over $1,000 a month often with interest rates reduced to 3% or 2% and sometimes a principal reduction. All of NACA’s services are FREE. Over 300 NACA counselors will work with you to determine an affordable mortgage payment. In addition, the servicers/lenders have hundreds of staff on-site and in their offices to approve your solution. We are conducting prior to the event, Save the Dream Tour Workshops throughout Florida to complete the first step in achieving an affordable mortgage payment through NACA. If you attend this workshop it will give you priority to move directly to the counseling floor at the Miami Save the Dream event. We strongly urge that you to attend the workshop so you can by-pass the thousands of people waiting in line. Remember: Do not miss the NACA Save-a-Thon at the Miami Convention Center beginning Thursday April 15th through Monday April 19th. Attending the workshop will make it a smoother and faster process. Fountain of Life Mission Center, Inc. has always focused on the children of Haiti. With your ongoing support, we have helped hundreds of children in needs in the western part of Haiti, specifically Gressier, Léogane. Due to the overwhelming problem of the earthquake in Haiti, more and more children are becoming orphan with no one to help them. These children are relying on outside help.
